This means that if the Titanic ship rake is 3800 meters below, then its testing should have been done at least up to 4750 meters, which was not performed. Not only this, but in 2019, the pilot identified a crack in the carbon fiber hull in the inner part of Titan.  Which was deliberately ignored.
